STI Mandalay Campus Students Share Their Experience at ASEAN WEEK 2026: AI PIONEERS in Vietnam

STI Myanmar College proudly celebrates the participation of Hsu Shoon Wai and Thaw Thaw Thein Tun, second-year BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering students from STI Mandalay Campus, in ASEAN WEEK 2026: AI PIONEERS at FPT University, Da Nang, Vietnam. During this four-day international programme, students explored emerging AI technologies through interactive workshops, exchanged ideas with ASEAN students during the Youth Roundtable, and celebrated cultural diversity through talent showcases and cultural exchange activities. Beyond academic learning, the programme also offered opportunities to discover Da Nang's famous landmarks and experience Vietnamese culture. This international experience allowed STI students to broaden their perspectives, explore technological innovations, and build connections with students from different cultural backgrounds. STI Myanmar College congratulates our students on this valuable international learning experience!

Exploring Innovative Projects Exhibition 2026: Rachel’s Learning Journey

STI Mandalay Campus student Rachel shares her experience visiting the Innovative Projects Exhibition 2026 at Yadanarpon Cyber City, Pyin Oo Lwin. During the exhibition, Rachel had the opportunity to explore a variety of innovative student projects, technology ideas, and practical applications. The visit allowed her to discover how knowledge learned in the classroom can be transformed into creative and meaningful projects. For STI students, experiences like this provide valuable exposure to technology, innovation, creativity, and real-world applications, while inspiring them to explore new ideas and develop their own skills. 🌍 *နည်းပညာနဲ့ ကမ္ဘာကြီးကို ပိုကောင်းအောင် ဘယ်လိုပြောင်းလဲနိုင်မလဲ?* ဒီမေးခွန်းရဲ့အဖြေကို *August 28, 2026* မှာ STI Myanmar College မှာ ကျင်းပခဲ့တဲ့ *“AI + UN SDGs 2030: Tech for a Sustainable World”* Seminar မှာ STI ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများကိုယ်တိုင် ရှာဖွေလေ့လာခွင့် ရရှိခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ဒီ Seminar မှာ *Concordia Public Co., Ltd. ရဲ့ CEO Dr. Than Win* နဲ့ *STI Myanmar College ရဲ့ President & Managing Director Daw Khin Aye Win* တို့က AI ရဲ့စွမ်းအားကို *UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030* နဲ့ ပေါင်းစပ်ပြီး အနာဂတ်အတွက် အကျိုးရှိရှိ အသုံးချနိုင်မယ့် နည်းလမ်းတွေကို မျှဝေပေးခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ အထူးသဖြင့် STI ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများအနေနဲ့ AI နဲ့ Sustainable Development အကြား ဆက်စပ်မှုတွေကို တိုက်ရိုက်လေ့လာခွင့်ရရှိခဲ့သလို၊ မိမိတို့ရဲ့အမြင်နဲ့ အတွေ့အကြုံတွေကိုလည်း Interview မှတစ်ဆင့် မျှဝေပေးထားပါတယ်။ 🎤 ဒီလို Knowledge Sharing, Industry Exposure နဲ့ Student Engagement တွေက ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများရဲ့ အနာဂတ်အတွက် လိုအပ်တဲ့ *Critical Thinking, Innovation & Leadership Mindset* တွေကို တိုးတက်လာစေဖို့ အထောက်အကူပြုပါတယ်။

Time Management

Draw up task lists, plot on a weekly timetable working backwards from deadlines. University ferry available 6 days a week.

Note-Taking

Take notes in lectures even when handouts are provided. Write up notes soon after class to fix ideas in memory.

Assignment Writing

Plan before writing: introduction, main body, conclusion. Draft, redraft, check for errors before submission.

Referencing

Harvard referencing style required. Reference every source used — books, articles, web pages, images, and recordings.
